Typically a sync from 0 blocks will take a few hours. If you did download our latest version recently, you should not have to resync at all if you had the old chain. In the meantime, download the chaindata.zip (delete the database folder once extracted and then place in your Denarius datadir like you would the bootstrap.dat) https://github.com/carsenk/denarius/releases/download/v2.0/chaindata-2-27-18.zip This will get you almost instantly synced up past block 600k. So this basically opens up support for BarterDEX (Decentralized Exchange) Atomic Swaps.
