If you're interested in developing your own IDO on Luna Launchpad, there are a few things you should keep in mind. First, IDOs on Luna Launchpad must be built using the Liferay IDE. Second, your IDO must be packaged as a JAR file. Lastly, you will need to submit your IDO to the Luna Marketplace.

Once you have built and packaged your IDO, you can submit it to the Luna Marketplace by logging in and clicking the "Add IDO" button. After you have submitted your IDO, it will be reviewed by the Luna team. If it is approved, it will be added to the Luna Marketplace for other users to download and use.

If you are not a technically savvy person, Antier can help you out in this.
