New PoW Block Reward of 0.0001 D? The reasoning behind this poll is that small rewards 0.0001 D would not cause inflation in the network (~100 D per year via PoW mining) to where miners would not be dumping rewards, it would give a small incentive to mining Denarius, but at least there would be an incentive compared to the current 0 PoW Block Reward structure, it would grow Denarius (D) as a whole as all the hardware manufacturers, hobbyist miners, mining sites, tools, software, discussion, etc. would grow again. I agree with buzz that touching this and altering genesis is a touchy subject but I believe that the small reward of .0001 or even .001 is a non issue and won’t hurt denarius. If anything it would stop all the annoying 0 inputs I get all day from FSs

I am saying no even though I think this would help the pools a lot a lot. Touching the code seems to bring out some good points about don't touch the main genesis structure.

I would have liked less 0s between the decimal and the 1 but if it's that or nothing...I'll vote for it
